Which international standards does Etiscope align with?

Etiscope is fully aligned with standardised international risk assessments, starting with the Australian Codes of Practice for Hazardous Manual Tasks 2018 and predecessors.
Etiscope can assess at least the same, or more, back, neck and upper limb movements, actions and postures above the wrist, as addressed by the following risk assessment methods:
• HSE: Upper Limb Disorders (ULD’s) in the workplace (HSG60), UK.
• HSE: Manual Handling Assessment Charts (MAC) (INDG383), UK.
• HSE: Assessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART) (INDG438), UK.
• HSE: Risk assessment of pushing and pulling (RAPP) (INDG478), UK.
• Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA)
• Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA)
Regarding REBA and RULA, Etiscope does not yet address the lower limbs.
Due to its intervertebral disc compression based methodology, and functional limitations restricting it to two-handed, and symmetrical lifting tasks, the Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation is not a comparative risk assessment at this stage.
Etiscope is a fully scalable solution, and can flex to meet the needs of small business right through to international enterprises. As such, the associated costs of including Etiscope in your safety program will depend upon the size, location and specific manual task assessment requirements of your business. However, a typical client could expect to spend approximately $1,400 per month for unlimited risk assessments.
The pricing model for a fully supported model is as outlined below.
The system comprises two elements that are included in the agreement:
• System (setup and training) – a one time fee per organisation
• License & hardware fee – based on a per kit requirement
Each license includes unlimited assessments, customer support, unlimited reports, unlimited dashboard users, and system updates. There is no lock-in contract and you can use the platform for as long as it delivers benefits to your organisation.
We offer a license fee discount for multiple systems and long term agreements.
Additional systems are available if necessary to cover multiple locations at an additional fee.
• These prices are exclusive of taxes
• Inclusive of freight charges to site
• Based on a minimum 6 month contract
• iPad or iPhone required. WiFi with minimum 64GB.
Each Etiscope kit comes with a license, similar to a mobile phone plan. Just as a phone plan allows you to make unlimited calls; your Etiscope kit License enables you to perform and report unlimited manual task risk assessments. Sharing kits across various locations and divisions can be a logistical challenge, so additional kits may be required to meet your organisational needs. Each Etiscope Kit has a separate License Fee.
Some customers choose to share a single Etiscope Kit between different locations and divisions and others, require several Kits due to the distance between plants and the ongoing commitment to the development of Task Demands Libraries.
Another client has depots in 135 locations and currently share 109 Etiscope Kits. To date, they have performed more than 200,000 manual task risk assessments at a cost of less than $4 each.
The answer is, your geography, the number of tasks to be assessed and the size of your team may dictate whether you have one system or many.
In addition, you may choose to outsource the services to an Etiscope integration partner to, for example, prepare the task demands libraries and commence the integration process, however we propose under this program that Etiscope will train existing staff to deliver the services to you across the various sites.
Training includes both the use of the Etiscope system (sensors, app and dashboard) and the interpretation of the reports.
