Directors

DENNIS GUY - CHAIRMAN

Dennis was previously Executive Chairman of InterRISK Australia Pty Ltd, a major corporate insurance broking company which he established in 2004. Dennis has demonstrated success in the development and management of insurance broking organisations over more than 40 years in Europe, USA, Australia and Asia. Dennis joined Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong in 1976 and remained with Jardine’s for more than 25 years. He was chairman of Jardine Lloyd Thompson in Asia Pacific for several years and was also a main board Director of Jardine Insurance Brokers PLC which listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1992. Dennis was also a founding Director of Executive Health Solutions Pty Ltd which delivers professional and comprehensive health programs for corporations and individuals. Dennis is focused on corporate governance and risk management within Etiscope.

ELIZABETH (IZZY) WHITELOCK - DIRECTOR

Elizabeth (Izzy) Whitelock is recognised as a visionary leader, with an unwavering commitment to innovation, diversity, and inclusion with a strong track record in technology leadership, start-up growth, and strategic business development.

She has extensive operations management experience in the categories of defence, national security, intelligence, health, financial services, government, and insurance.

Izzy takes immense pride in cultivating diverse teams and creating a culture where challenges are met with innovation and inclusion.

KATHERINE ABRAT - DIRECTOR

Katherine Abrat is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Arkkan Capital and has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 2002. Prior to joining Arkkan in 2018, Katherine led Goldman Sachs’ Asia Pacific prime services consulting team assisting hedge funds to build and grow their businesses in the region.  Katherine is a Director and Global Council member of the Alternative Investment Management Association and has extensive experience with structuring, growing and manage financial services businesses.  Katherine is passionate about helping businesses with growth potential achieve their goals.

SAM SRINIVASAN - DIRECTOR

Sam joined Joint Action Group as a director in May 2022. His focus is sales, marketing and product strategy advisory within Etiscope. 

Sam held senior sales leader at Oracle Corporation. He has worked in the technology sector for over 25 years leading sales, marketing and operations teams across Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

He has extensive experience building partnership channels in a variety of regions and starting business operations in multiple countries from the ground up. Sam has had extensive experience integrating acquisitions, advising start-ups and experience in product management.


Management

GARRY GOSLING - CEO

Since 2018, Garry has overseen Etiscope’s operations driving it to become the most accurate, fastest, easiest and most affordable solution for businesses transforming their MSD cost to productivity. Garry's educational background includes qualifications in business, finance, marketing, and workplace education, which have equipped him with a holistic approach to the organisation's growth.  Garry developed entrepreneurial passions with the foundation of businesses in IT, transport and education. With management experience in 3 continents, his extensive experience and strong network of clients and partners, Garry has played an integral role in delivering Etiscope's solutions globally.

ROSCOE MCCORD - TECHNOLOGY LEAD

Roscoe’s ability to translate complex concepts into manageable algorithms is core to the patent developed by Etiscope. Roscoe has been the technical lead in the development of Etiscope from the inception and now oversees the development and support team. Roscoe is a founding shareholder.


Advisory Board

MICHAEL LAWRANCE

Michael works in ergonomics, work health & safety and occupational therapy. He started JointAction with John Pryor after they worked together in a work safety, sports science and clinical multidisciplinary research and development team. 


This team was purposed on achieving implemented workplace design improvement for WMSD injury prevention and energy expenditure efficiency in sheep shearing.

DR. FORBES SMITH

Dr Smith is a Medical Graduate Aberdeen University Scotland.
Dr Smith has been a Medical Practitioner/Anaesthetist at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, in Canada and Australia where he was engaged in General and Spinal surgery. As Founder and Medical Director of Nabenet (National Back Evaluation Network), a multidisciplinary post spinal surgery and occupational rehabilitation provider, he developed his passion in MSD injury risk minimisation. Dr Smith is a pioneer in bringing MSD prevention to Australia and is ISO 45003 ACCREDITED. Dr Smith pioneered the bio psychosocial model of occupational rehabilitation in Australia.

Dr Smith has been recognised for his contributions to industry by being appointed as a Global Scott by the Scottish Government in association with Scottish Development Industries (SDI).

DAVID BICK

David is an award-winning Sports Physiotherapist having received the Australian Sports Medal, committing his career to inspiring Australians from early development up to elite athlete level and has travelled and worked with such teams as the Wallabies and Fiji Rugby Union. He lectures domestically and internationally on overuse injuries such as tendinopathies, neural entrapment and running assessment and mechanics. David has led successful consulting projects with Etiscope for more than 10 years and is a founding shareholder committed to expansion of client consulting globally. David consults at Qld Sports Medicine Centre at The Gabba in Brisbane.

SURESH SOOD - DATA SCIENTIST / STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Suresh Sood is one of Australia’s foremost experts in big unstructured data & machine learning, crossing the divide between cutting edge technology, academia and practice. Suresh loves to apply knowledge from analysing diverse narratives and stories in retail, financial services, and law enforcement to develop retrieval free (transformer language model) knowledge-based systems.

Suresh has joined the company to set the direction for our AI and Bio Psychosocial enhancements with Etiscope.AI

STEPHEN COWLEY PHD, BSC (HONS) (OHS ), MSC (OCC HYG), GCERT(ED), FSIA, GIOSH

Steve is a member of the UK’s IOSH, a Fellow of the Safety Institute of Australia, Editor-in-Chief of the Safety Institute of Australia’s Journal of Health & Safety Research & Practice, a visiting lecturer at Swinburne University and a visiting academic with Middlesex University. Steve’s focus has been the practical application of hazard management and industrial hygiene principles.
